    many errors on my bill. they charged a 3% service fee for using my credit card to pay my bill. they refused to honor the breakfast included in my hotel rate until i forwarded my email confirming the breakfast.

    Overall had incredible stay on our final night. The staff were accommodating, they made us feel welcome. The pool was great and we had good drinks in the main bar. Furthermore, it was great to have free parking on site:)))

    Amazing staff! Great Facilities! Excellent Spa! Paradise... Navin and Panto are excellent drivers and guides from the Airport. Sofia is excellent at the Spa. The chefs are excellent in the kitchen and the ceremonies during happy hour are entertaining. Highly recommended!

    A beautifuly designed and excellent quality hotel, my first choice in Natadola. Gorgeous breakfast, new-fashioned double room. Fast check-in, parking on-site. Beautiful views, nice pool.

    Can't recommend highly enough for a stopover

    Very nice beach, spacious room, with the room being huge and very clean along with staff being friendly throughout our stay, we also enjoyed the infinity pool and took advantage of the convenient beach access.

    While the buffet can be a chaotic scene with young children running around, the limited vegan options are particularly disappointing!!! Improvements needed for both the a la carte restaurant menus and the insufficient signage for golf holes!!!

    The adult-only pool was perfect for relaxation after exploring beautiful coral reefs and enjoying the fire shows at Robinson Crusoe Island. The staff were friendly, the dining options were varied, and the signature Kids Club is a great choice for families.

    One downside was that the check-in and check-out process took way too long. It felt inefficient and left us waiting.

    The warm welcome with Bula smiles set a wonderful tone upon arrival. The pool view room was really clean and beautifully furnished. Dining options were great, particularly the healthy salads that added freshness to our meals. The overall hospitality was commendable this a nice getaway.

    Perfect for Couples Who Appreciate Relaxation

    The room was a real gem, spacious with a fine view of the ocean. And let's not forget the warm welcome I received from the staff, they treated me like I was royalty during my entire stay.

    The adults only restaurant being part of the free breakfast deal was a nice touch. I loved the beautiful gardens and the fine sunsets over the ocean. The staff were so friendly, especially during breakfast, and the nightly fire dancing was awesome!

    We had a wonderful stay with an amazing beachfront view room and the best sunset walks just steps away from our door. The spa was so relaxing with the body scrubs and foot massages. Just a heads up, the room's back door access to the beach was a bit tricky since it didn't lock, but it didn't ruin our trip at all 🌅
